2. Obligations of Users/Visitors

8.1. Any omission or delay, on behalf of WATT+VOLT, in the exercise of its legal or contractual rights, which arise due to these terms and conditions, shall not be interpreted as waiver of any of such rights, nor shall it imply that any of WATT+VOLT’s rights are reduced in any way.
8.2. All terms and conditions stated above as considered essential. Furthermore, they are subject to modifications in writing.
8.3. Any invalidity or nullity of a term or condition shall have no effect as regards the status of all other terms herein included.

9. Amendment of Terms and Conditions
