You can see above the active meters of your account. If the meter, you want to activate the standing order for, is new and does not appear, try again in a few days or contact us at 183 83.

The activation of your Standing Order and the refund of 0.01€ will be fulfilled within 3 working days.
Going forward your bills will be paid automatically, on their last due date.
To deactivate the Standing Order, contact us at 18383 or at 2130189199.
A verification code will be sent to the following mobile number
If the mobile number is no longer valid or used, you will need to contact our Customer Service at 183 83 to change your info. Alternatively, you can visit MyWatt , in “Services” section. Then, you can continue the process.
If today is the due date of your bill, there is a possibility that the due amount has already been collected on your previous standing order. Please check your transactions.
This does not affect the process of activating a new standing order.
