“CONSISTENCY” PROGRAM

WATT+VOLT’s “Consistency Program” rewards customers for their trust, dedication and consistency, by paying their bill before due date.

We are at your side and prove it in every way possible!

Now, with our “Consistency” Customer Reward Program, all our customers who pay their bills on time can enjoy even bigger discounts on their electricity bills.

With this program, WATT+VOLT aims to reward its customers for constantly showing their trust, loyalty and consistency.

All customers who state their desire for inclusion in the program can take part in the “Consistency” Program.

The term “Consistent Customer” signifies:

  • Customers, who at the date of issuance of a new actual consumption bill, have paid their last consumption bill on time and before its due date.
  • Customers with no outstanding debts.

The “Consistency” Program will not include customers already included in the Social Residential Tariff, or Vulnerable Customers and supply connections included in the Solidarity Services Tariff or Customers who already benefit from special tariffs.

The duration of the Program will be from 01/11/2017 to 31/12/2019, on which date all Consistent Clients will see the following charges in the actual consumption bills:

  • If a Customer ceases to qualify for both requirements of the “Consistency” Program at any moment during the program, the rates that apply in any such case will be as follows:

In any event, the rates applied to Customers after the expiry of the Program (which means from 01/07/2018 onwards) will be those listed in Table 2.
