“CONSISTENCY” PROGRAM

At WATT+VOLT, with the Consistency Program, we reward our customers for the trust, loyalty and consistency they show by the timely payment of their bills.

Pursuant to legislative regulation, established by Law 4951/2022, this program is suspended from 01/08/2022 till 01/07/2023.

WATT+VOLT with the “Consistency” customer reward program has the ultimate goal of rewarding its customers for the trust, loyalty and consistency they constantly show. This means that you can enjoy even lower charges to your electricity if you pay your bills timely.

A consistent customer is anyone who:

  • By the date of issue of his actual or estimated bill has timely paid his last bill before its date of expiry and
  • has no due debts.

Customers who are already integrated into Social Residential Tariff, Vulnerable Customers, Customers who are subject to the Solidarity Services Tariff (TYA), as well as Customers who already enjoy special promotional tariffs cannot be integrated into the “Consistency” program.

The Consistent Customer’s actual bills will be billed as follows:

  • In case during the Program the Customer cumulatively stops meeting both requirements of the “Consistency” program then his billing will be formed as follows:
