Changing Package Process
The service of changing package is free and addressed to all our customers, when it is repeatedly found that you are going far beyond the number of kWh that correspond to the package you initially selected.
More specifically, the Customer Support will contact you and propose you the solution that suits your needs and your “consumer” behavior.
The Regulated Charges are common for all energy suppliers, as approved by the Ministry of Energy and are applied on top of the competitive charges on your energy bill statement.
