Α) In case of late completion of this service, HEDNO will make the payment of the compensation amount in the bank account statement. WATT+VOLT does not maintain the bank account you fill in for transactions between us.
Β) The non-declaration bank account details relieves HEDNO from the obligation to pay compensation in case your request is not served on time.

Disconnection requests that will be submitted on Saturday or public holiday or Friday will be requested the next working day by HEDNO SA. When the date of desired disconnection is identified with the day of sending the request, then it is postponed to the next day, according to a rule of the system of HEDNO SA.
